Cheese for Breakfast

Picture_865Well this morning I decided to take the picture for this plate I had been planning all weekend. I think it came out great and the squash is delicious. The final plate contains, Sprout Creek Toussaint, Maple Confit Squash, Pommegranite Disk, Cinnamon Basil Blossoms.
