Well I have been away for a very long time. I have been getting ready for my trip to england comming up next week and its been taking up most of my time. Inspite of this I have still been shopping around for new items to add to my kitchen. The latest addition is an imersion circulator. My only problem with it at the moment is that I dont have a circular outlet in the house. So I havent even really been able to try it out yet. Tommorrow I'll put a real picture of it on the site here.

I must admit, I miss reading your posts. I know with all the moving and graduating and cooking you've been doing it's been hard to keep up, but the time has come to start adding new material.
